Our Unique Take On Customer Service

I recently had ask why WebStarts doesn't offer 24/7 phone support. So I thought I'd take some time and write about our take on customer service. Here at WebStarts we understand we live in a world full of companies who promise 24 hour support. But what is real support? If your idea of customer support is struggling to here someone in an overseas country, speaking broken english, while they read a series of questions and answers off a computer screen then - Yes, other companies offer 24/7 customer support. If however your idea of customer support is the ability to help you solve a problem or achieve your goals than perhaps you're more likely to appreciate our approach. And since support people who have real knowledge and insight have families, lives outside of work, and sleep at night we don't offer 24 hour support. What we do offer are real people, with real knowledge of our product, and speak the same language. All that being said it's not unusual for us to answer emails that come in after hours. We're constantly monitoring our inbox and enjoy going above and beyond to help our clients. It's not unusual for me personally to respond to emails after hours and on weekends.
