Send Personal Emails Using the WebStarts Shopping Cart

Email marketing is an integral part of an Internet business strategy. You can never underestimate the value of being able to contact all of your site's visitors at once. The best feature of the WebStarts shopping cart and email marketing is the ability to custom tailor emails to all of your subscribers. This means that you can send a promotional email to hundreds of subscribers and include their name, email address, phone number, or any other information that they may have provided. This gives a great impression to your visitors when they see an email in their inbox that says "Hello, John!" and thats precisely what you will be able to do when a customer named John signs up to one of your email lists.

Get started using this incredible tool today. Simply sign up for the webstarts shopping cart and start adding people to your email lists. Once you have a group of people that you would like to email, choose a list, then write your email. To personalize your emails, you will need to use what we call "variables". There will be a drop down menu with many different options of variables to choose from. When you choose a variable like "$s_first_name", that means wherever "$s_first_name" shows up, the first name of the customer will be displayed in that place. So try it out, experiment with all the different variables.
