Hit counters are a fun way to track how many people have come to your website. With the new Hit Counter app for WebStarts we've taken hit counters to a new level. Now you can easily add a great looking hit counter to your website, showing people they're not alone when visiting your site. We've created several fun styles of counters to choose from and spiced things up by adding an animated effect.

Here's how to use the new WebStarts Hit Counter app to add a hit counter to your website.

Step 1. Login to your WebStarts account and choose to edit the webpage where you’d like to hit counter to appear.

Step 2.  Click on Apps from the toolbar and choose Hit Counter from the app panel.

Step 3. Choose your hit counter style, wether you’d like it to have animation, and also the size.

Step 4. Click the button labeled “Insert”. You can then drag and drop your hit counter where you’d like it to appear.
