Livefyre is a great social engagement tool. You can use Livefyre on your WebStarts website to encourage people to leave more comments and participate in more discussions about your web content. When you provide this type of interactivity to your site visitors their more likely to stick around. Adding the Livefyre comments box to yoru website is easy. Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1_

Go to Livefyre.com and create an account. If you already have an account you'll want to sign in to get started.

Step 2_

Click on the button that says "Get Livefyre" and then enter the URL of your website in the field provided. Next you'll want to click on the cog icon. This will allow you to get the custom code you need for your WebStarts website.  Once you do that you'll see a button appear that says to keep going. Click on that button and you'll be taken to the next step.

Step 3_

Once you've completed step 2 above you'll Livefyre will provide you with some code. You'll want to select all of the code, then right click to copy it to your clipboard. Now you're ready to put it onto your WebStarts website.

Step 4_

Login to your WebStarts account and choose the page you would like to add the comments box to on your website. You can do this by clicking on the pencil icon next to the page name at the bottom of your dashboard view after logging into your WebStarts account.

Step 5_

Once you're in the WebStarts editor view click on the link at the top of the page labeled "insert" and choose the HTML option from drop down. Paste the code into the area provided and click "Ok". You're now able to drag and drop your Livefyre comments box where you'd like it to appear on your webpage. You can use the handles attached to the object to resize it.
