Wufoo.com is a great form building service that allows you to create drop downs with custom fields, radio buttons, check boxes, file upload buttons, and more advanced features. When you build a website with WebStarts and you want to integrate some of these custom features, wufoo.com is the way to go and it is completely free! To get started, create a website at WebStarts.com and follow these steps_

Step 1_ Log into your free website.

Step 2_ Go to Wufoo.com and sign up for a free account.

Step 3_ Click "New Form" to begin creating a new form.

Step 4_ Create your form by choosing a field from the left. Click the field on the right to edit its options.

Step 5_ When you are done, click "Save Form".

Step 6_ Choose "Setup email notifications for this form" and enter your email address. Click "Save".

Step 7_ Click "Forms" at the top of the page and choose the correct form. Click the "code" button and all of your code options will come up.

Step 8_ Click "Embed Form Code" on the left and copy all the code in the first box.

Step 9_ In your WebStarts website, click "Insert", then "HTML Code". Paste the code into that box and click "OK".

Step 10_ Drag the box where you want your form to appear and save your changes.
