1. Log into your WebStarts account in one tab or window and open http_//livestream.com/ in another tab or window.

2. Click 'Sign Up' and choose 'Broadcast' on the next page.

3. Follow the prompts to start an account with livestream. You will choose a channel name, username, password, etc... Click 'Sign Up'.

4. Once the next page is loaded, click 'Launch WebCaster'.
