Step 1_

Login to your WebStarts account and click edit site to launch the WebStarts page editor.

Step 2_

From within the WebStarts page editor click on an image to select it.

Step 3_

With the image selected click on the small edit image icon attached to the image.

Step 4_

Choose the desired effect you'd like to apply to your photo.

Step 5_

Now that your photo is tweaked click the apply button to apply the effect to your image. You can now drag and drop your image where you'd like it to appear on your webpage.
