Over the past several months we've been listening to your feedback and today I'm excited to announce the launch of several new features and improvements to WebStarts. So be sure to login to your account and check them out. I'm including a brief description of some of the most important features and improvements below.

Web Analytics

Now you can track your site visitors and know exactly where they are coming from. Our new web analytics tool provides you with a ton of information on your site visitors. This includes the keywords they used to find your site on a search engine, their geographic location, how long they stay ted on your website, and of course it tells you how many people visited your site each day.

Form Builder

Now you can create your very own forms and place them where you want them to appear on your page. This is a great tool for building a list of leads or gathering customer contact information. You can choose from a wide range of fields. For example you can ask for a name, phone number, email address, and comments. You can even choose to automatically add information gathered on your contact form into your mailing list and send them email updates about your products or services.

Mailing List

The new WebStarts mailing list feature is a simple way to create an email list of leads, prospects, customers, and friends. You can add emails to your list via the new form builder tool or import them from your Hotmail (Live Mail), Yahoo, Gmail, AOL Mail, Outlook, or any other email address book.

Share Tool

WebStarts now provides you with an easy way for you to share updates about your website with your friends on MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, and Orkut. Just click on the share tool, choose the option to send a message to your friends, and enter your MySpace, Facebook, Friendster, or Orkut login. You'll then be able to send messages or post bulletins to your friends.

You can also use the share tool to send email announcements about your website. You can either send the announcement to the list of contacts in your mailing list or import your Hotmail (Live Mail), Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Outlook, or any other email address book.

Search Engine Optimization Tools

Getting top rankings on popular search engines can be a challenge. Especially when you don't have the right tools. Now when you upgrade to a WebStarts Pro account you'll get access to 10 of the most powerful search engine optimization tools. With our search engine optimization tools you'll be able to check the number of links to your site, find out where you rank under specific keywords and phrases on Google, and check to see where your site ranks on the web.

Slideshow Builder

Express your creative side by creating slideshows from your photos and images. Once you create your slideshow you will be able to drag and drop it exactly where you'd like it to appear on your page.

New Toolbar Layout

Our new toolbar layout makes creating page with WebStarts easier than ever. We've enhanced our navigation by creating our toolbar to look and feel like that of other programs you already know and love.

New Page Layout

Our new editor page layout gives you additional work space and customize your page widths making creating web pages easer than ever.
