advertising
There's so much on the web about how to get free web traffic online, isn't it about time we talked about how to get web traffic from offline sources? That's what this article is all about. So here are 5 ways to drive traffic to your website offline.

1. Business Cards

Seems obvious doesn't it? It is, and yet so few people remember to do it. When you get your business cards printed makes sure the domain name of your website is clearly displayed on it.

2. Flyers and Brochures

Another old school marketing method where you can add a new school twist. Put your web address on your brochures and flyers and the next time someone picks on up maybe they type it into their cell phone and visit your site.

3. Car magnets, decals, etc.

People spend a lot of time in their cars. Turn yours into a moving billboard by including your web address on a door magnet or window sticker. You'll be surprised how many people will punch in your web address when they're stuck behind you in traffic or at a red light.

4. Print ads.

Do you take out ads in a local newspaper, coupon book, or other print? If you do remember to include your web address. It's hard to cram a lot of information into these forms of advertising but by including your web address you'll make your ad dollars go farther.

5. Door hangers.

This is perfect if you're running a local service business. Get a bunch of door hangers printed up and pay someone to hang them on door handles. Include your web address at the bottom and you'll be sure to generate more traffic to your website.

Of course if you don't yet have a website you can easily create one on your own at WebStarts.com.
